I had moved into capella apartments march 2022. First of all, I can say when I moved in, it was okay I did have roaches in my kitchen, But the biggest problem I had was trying to get my security deposit I moved out on March 19th and a month later April. I didn't receive my security deposited I call the manager she gave me an email to a lady named Abby she did help me to try to get my security Deposit . Because every time they say they sent it to my address it never showed up. So we resolved it by sending it to the apartment When I open up the mail to look at it to make sure everything was correct, I was missing some money and when I went back into the office. We both figured out. Me and the manager that someone had put in the system that I moved out on the 29th whereas I moved out on the 19th. Also one thing I did notice as I was about to write this review I was reading someone else's review. And he was stating the same thing He was having a problem with his security deposit So I guess i'm not the only one The reason i'm writing this review now is because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but the apartment complex is okay but if you dont want to have problems with your security deposite I'll advise you to try to look somewhere else, but the office manager is nice.

I just recently visited Capella apartments and was very interested in viewing their apartment but was told at first that they accepted people who were on Social security and then I was told that I had to have a steady income well I would think that my monthly income would be sufficient being that have other income but I immediately noticed that the young lady that was taking my information seems very racist I am Black and the complex from what I could see wa

I have lived in the apartment complex a a little over 3 years and the last year or so has been completely horrible.....new neighbors are nasty, loud and disrespectful. My apartment been leaking water in two different rooms for about a year and the leasing office has yet to bring in a plumber. Now that I am moving they painted over the water stained ceiling and walls, I feel sorry for the next tenants because the problem still exists. There is mold in all the vents and I have pictures and videos to prove what I am saying...they will not replace or repair!!! I got hung up on twice because I was upset about the lack of attention to the mold and water repair!!!!

I absolutely love my apartment. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance. The community is Hispanic based and they’re very welcoming. However, the leasing office is not too keen about having black people in this neighborhood. There’s a lack of customer service that I’ve experienced and witnessed involving another tenant who was black. The trash is constantly overflowing into the street. The pool is closed on the weekends.
